Why is the output of the power bank a round-head 7.4V DC port instead of a 5V USB port? I can't use my own battery pack

Topdot 7.4V DC ports heat up faster in seconds compared to 5V USB ports. And it can support our large heating area; 5V cannot be used. We still insist on using

a high-cost 7.4V power bank supply in order to give consumers better and safer products.
Can this be washed? Is there anything I should pay attention to when washing this vest?

Yes, machine washable, please remove the power bank and put the cable back into your pocket before washing. (If it can be washed with a laundry bag, the

service life of the vest can be extended. We do not provide laundry bags.)
How to achieve optimal charging of the Topdot 16,000mAh battery pack?

A 5V/3A adapter to fully charge the 16,000mAh power bank only takes about 5 hours at the fastest. Differences in adapter specifications result in diferent

charging times. Note: If you use a 5V/1A adapter, the charging time will be more than 10 hours!
How do you ensure that you experience the maximum warmth potential of your vest from the start?

To ensure optimal performance, please charge the power bank for more than 5 hours before first use.
What if it doesn't fit well?

There may be slight errors due to manual measurement, but within the acceptable tolerance. If adjustments are needed, please feel free to get in touch with us.
