Refund policy

• We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase.
• The return window starts from the date of delivery.

Return Condition

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
• You must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Refund Process

• You can choose to return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.
• To initiate a return, please email @ admin@crc-ishoppe.com and please put a "RETURN" on the subject line and we will assess accordingly.
• Please send us a brief email stating the reason for returning the merchandise. 
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping.
